Banana cottage cheese cake: super easy and tasty recipe

We have already talked about the usefulness of the cottage cheese. It’s a great source of proteins, nutrients, and vitamins that are extremely important for our body. So, the cottage cheese should be a regular part of our healthy nutrition. 

Especially, if you would like to lose some excess weight it can be a good choice for breakfast or supper. So, you can eat this cheese 3-4 or even more times a week, if you don’t have lactose intolerance.

That’s why today I’m gonna share with you a very delicious and super easy recipe of the banana cottage cheesecake. It’s very simple and fast in cooking and you don’t need some extra original ingredients. And the result is so delicious but health desert that as the children like the adults love.

What do you need:

  • 500 grams. of the cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of the honey (or more it depends on your taste)
  • 2 tablespoons. of the flavor (I use rice flavor)
  • 20-30 grams or of raisins

Preparation

  • First, for this recipe, it’s better to use some kind of soft not grainy cottage cheese. Mix it with the egg, add rice flavor (or any other) and honey. 
  • Then it’s better to cut a banana into slices.
  • If you have a blender you can add the banana to the mass of the cheese and mix it well. If you don’t have a blender then you can crunch banana with a fork and mix with cheese. 
  • You should have a smooth mass. 
  • In the end, add washed well and dried up raisins.
  • Mix all ingredients. 
  • Put it in the form of baking greased with butter or sprinkled with flour. 
  • Bake it for 30 minutes at 180*C. 

But it can depend on your cooker options and the baking time can be longer or faster. Anyway, the cake will be ready when it has a golden crust.
