However, we often are confused considering some products dietic despite they are not such. So now let's choose the most useful products which will help us to have the desired fitness fit and strengthen our health. These products should be the basis of our everyday meal. In general, all products, depending on the number of nutrients they contain are divided into different groups. Protein products  If you want to lose weight, you should increase the level of protein products in our meal. They are the building material for muscles and help in the process of lipolysis. These are: lean meat, chicken, rabbit, turkey, ducks and young beef, mutton; Lean fish: river bass, carp, tuna, dorado and various seafood such as shrimp, mussels, squid, brine.
