The Best Snacks To Have a Bit

We all know from my previous article on "The most health and dietic products" that it's quite essential to eat regularly 5-6 times a day by small portions.

The vegetable principle is to have 3 major daily meals and 2-3 small snacks between them. The rule is to eat every 2-3 hours and not to have more than 4 hours without the meal.
Such regularity of nutrition provides our body with all nutrients and energy for activities for all time during the day. It keeps our high level of metabolism, maintains blood sugar levels, the rate of glycogen. In simple words, such frequency of the food intakes encourages that we have no feeling of the hungry. Also, it prevents compulsive overeating especially in the evening when we've eaten a little during the day.

So, now we understand why we should to eat frequently, but as usual, the quick daily rhythm obstructs us to do so. We are used to having breakfast, dinner, and supper. But if we have only these three meals a day, then we will have too long time periods for our body without food and, thus, energy for a normal life. Therefore, we need to have some snacks after 2-3 hours after breakfast, dinner, and supper, in case you feel hungry.

Let's look at what it's better to eat for every snack for a different time of day.

Firstly, in the first part of the day, you can choose some fruits, nuts, dried fruits or some healthy bars, crackers for the snack.
Secondly, in the second part of the day, you should prefer some vegetable salads, cottage cheese,  yogurt.
And, for the last daily meal, you can drink some portion of kefir.
Well, we have already checked what it's better to eat at a different part of the day.

And as a bonus, I create the list of the best snacks to have a bit. I made it guiding that such products should be healthy, delicious, prepared easily. And one more important criteria was that we should be able to take such kind of food easily with us at work, study, rest, etc. So, such products should we took freely and eaten quickly and comfortably.

So, actually, the list of the best snacks:

1. Fruits, fruits salad (apple, bananas, pears, peach, apricots are easily to eat in any case. Different berry as raspberry. strawberry, bilberry can also be taken easily in any dinnerware).

2. Nuts - are the very good source of oils, nutrients and easy to be eaten and taken, but just control the portion:)

3. Dried fruits -are the awesome source of carbohydrates and samely comfortable snack as nuts, but also limit the amount of the eaten portion.

4. Vegetables, vegetable salads - are the perfect kind of food for eating in the second part of the day.

5. Bar from fruits, dried fruits, nuts - are a good source of carbohydrates, nutrients. You can take them easily in your bag and will have a good snack at any time. But be careful when choosing them, pay attention to content. It should contain no unnatural ingredients, sugar, etc.

6. Cottage cheese - are an essential food in health nutrition. It's a huge source of protein and nutrients important for our body. You can eat it with fruits, honey or jam or cook some casserole, cheesecakes, or pancakes from it.

7. Yogurt - is a good snack for any time of the day. But, also, pay attention to its content. It should be natural, without sugar and concervants.

8. Kefir - is the best snack, if you're hungry before going sleep.

9. Bread slices, creakers - are the good choice for the first part of the day. But buy ones that contain only the natural ingredients.

10. Smoothies, fresh juice - if you like juice or smoothies then the best variant is to prepare it by yourself from fruits or vegetables only. And drink it not more than 250 ml in the first half of the day.
So, now you know all the best variants of snack for every taste and part of the day.
